Lourenço Lobo
Co-founder and member of the board of directors, Lourenço Lobo has over 35 years of professional experience across technical, managerial and directorship functions in the regulated financial sector in the areas of audit, venture capital, accounting, and compliance finance in companies such as PKF, PWC and GES. Lourenço has had an extensive educational and training background including postgraduate degrees in financial supervision from ISG, financial management from ISG, advanced accounting from ISCTE and postgraduate securities law from Faculdade de Direito de Lisboa.
Inês Cunha e Silva
Inês is responsible for legal and investment functions at Celtis, also being part of the board of directors. She is the COO and co-founder of Spark Group – a diversified real estate and asset manager. She is a specialist in real estate and foreign investment in Portugal. Inês has experience with various multinational enterprises before founding the Spark Group. She holds a Degree in Economics from Nova School of Business (Lisbon), an MBA in International Business from Tsinghua University and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the Indian School of Business.
João Baptista
João spearheads the investment management function at Celtis, being the curator of the group’s portfolio. João is also the CEO and co-founder of the Spark Group. He has several years of experience across the globe across industries including finance, real estate and management consulting. João is a specialist in business strategy with an extensive track record in investing in Portugal. He holds a Masters in International Business from the HEC School of Management, France and a Degree in Management from Nova School of Business, Lisbon.
Filipa Azevedo Dias
Filipa is responsible for the financial & administrative functions at Celtis. She began her career in Strategic and Operations Consultancy at Deloitte where she worked in several projects in the tourism sector. Subsequently she held positions such as Executive Director for the promotion of the Alentejo Coast region and Management Planning and Control Director for Onyria Resorts. Since 2018, she has been part of the Spark Group as Chief Financial Officer being an expert in financial planning, management control and strategic recommendations. Filipa holds a degree in Management from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics and has a Masters in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics, Lisbon.
Nikhil Divecha
Nikhil has more than 10 years of work experience in financial services in the areas of investment banking, capital raising, equity and debt investing. He has held roles in multinational investment banks such as UBS (Director) and Citigroup (Associate) in different parts of the globe. Since 2020, he joined the Spark Group to manage the group’s venture capital expansion. He is an expert in financial analysis, valuation, deal making and execution. Nikhil holds a degree from Jacobs University in Germany, speaks 4 European languages and has had various international experiences.
João Sousa Dias
João joined Spark Group in 2019 as Financial Controller and recently moved into his role as an Investment Manager, using expertise acquired as a credit risk analyst in Project Finance and M&A during his experience at Novo Banco. He holds a degree in Finance from ISCAL, has a Postgraduate in Finance from ISEG.
